Babatunde Omotoba was appointed Federal Minister of Aviation by President Umaru Yar'Adua on 17 December 2008. He left office in March 2010 when Acting President Goodluck Jonathan dissolved his cabinet. ==Background== Omotoba studied Civil Engineering at the University of Benin, gaining a first class degree. He worked as a Construction and Structural Engineer on several Nigerian government projects. He was a Manager at Arthur Andersen in Nigeria in the financial services, manufacturing, commercial and telecoms groups. Omotoba obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the J.L.
